love is our foundation

Our Founders’ Story — Jae & Emma Biscotti met in the summer of 2017 and ever since, they have been inseparable. Through all the struggles of life, the Biscottis have been each other's unwavering support, their love for each other serving as a guiding light through every challenge. Their bond, like the perfect blend of flavors in a biscotti, has only grown stronger over time, and their journey together continues to be a testament to the enduring power of love and companionship.

As for the Biscotti last name, the idea for creating a new last name was to step out of the traditional ways and build their own path. They were inspired by the heritage shared between them, looking through Scottish and Italian last names. Then they stumbled upon Biscotti, which is an Italian dessert that is one of Emma’s favorites. The idea of a dessert as our last name became an inside joke which blossomed into the beginning of their Biscotti bloodline.

In 2023, Emma began baking for her high school students as incentives and prizes. This grew into a school-wide pantry trading system that was ran by Mrs. Biscotti and her amazing students. Knowing how popular the baked goods were on campus, the math scholars and other staff encouraged her to begin a side business to fuel that passion. The Biscottis’ officially created their bakery in 2024, which is just the beginning of their vision for a wonderful haven.
